pistol r.i.s how to guide pic heavy ( ruger mk1 )
ok so i have a soft spot for the old gal she was my first airsoft weapon i will give a review on her soon but to work!
so my ruger has allways been a superbly acurate pistol but the fact that it hasnot got any moding parts out there to buy she has been gathering dust. i have decided to give her a new boost of life but the one thing that has allways kinda done my head in is that you cant put a scope on it even though its like a tiny sniper rifle she outranges all my other gats hands down but you just cant aim that well with the standerd sights.
so i got some parts together and set out to change that.
first off i got a spare upper body casing (not needed but if i cocked up, my baby would still be ok to use)
then i got the rail in place and marked the holes by just putting the soldering iron down the holes so i would have a guide to drill you can see the small burn marks on the top before i started drilling
so then i got 2 small screws and went about fitting the rail
then came the best part strip down and rebuild
unfortunatly i dont have a scope for it yet so just to prove it works and it dont fall off or snap i put my m4's sight on it i know it looks daft but i am going to get a proper pistol scope for it
easy!
